These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Sol Studio Beauty Lounge Booking System (“the App”). The App is an internal, private tool built for Sol Studio Beauty Lounge to manage its own bookings, payments, and Google Calendar. It is not offered to the general public. By signing in, an authorized staff member or administrator agrees to these Terms.
Access is limited to Google accounts explicitly authorized by Sol Studio Beauty Lounge as staff or administrators. Anyone else who signs in will be denied access. Sol Studio Beauty Lounge may add or remove authorized accounts, and may change each account’s access level, at any time.
The App may only be used to manage Sol Studio Beauty Lounge’s own bookings, customers, expenses, and related business records. Users agree not to misuse the App — including attempting to access data outside their assigned role, entering false records, or using the App for any purpose unrelated to salon operations.
Signing in with Google grants the App permission to identify the user and to create, update, and delete calendar events on the salon’s Google Calendar(s) in order to reflect bookings made in the system. The App only manages events it creates for bookings. See our Privacy Policy for details on how information is collected and used.
The App is provided on an “as is” basis, without warranty of any kind. Sol Studio Beauty Lounge does not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, and is not liable for any loss arising from its use, including data entry errors, missed bookings, or calendar sync issues.
The App is actively maintained and may change, be updated, or be discontinued at any time. These Terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Sol Studio Beauty Lounge may suspend or revoke a user’s access to the App at any time, for any reason, including at the end of their employment or engagement with the salon.
