This app is a private, internal tool built for Sol Studio Beauty Lounge to run its day-to-day booking operations. It is used exclusively by the salon’s own staff and administrators to schedule client appointments, keep technicians’ calendars in sync, and track the salon’s revenue and expenses. It is not a public consumer app, and it is not available for sign-up by anyone outside the salon’s authorized team.
What it does
- Schedules client appointments by service, technician, and time.
- Prevents double-booking a technician for overlapping times.
- Automatically creates and updates matching events on each technician’s Google Calendar as bookings are made, completed, or changed.
- Tracks payments, completed visits, and daily expenses.
- Generates revenue, expense, and booking-activity reports for the salon’s administrators.
- Keeps a directory of returning customers so their contact details autofill on future bookings.
Who can use it
Access is limited to Google accounts that Sol Studio Beauty Lounge has explicitly authorized as staff or administrators. Signing in requires one of those accounts — anyone else is denied access.
